What we collect

If you accept cookies, we record how you found the site and how you move through it:

• The page you landed on and the pages you view afterwards.
• Where you came from: the referring website, the search engine, or the campaign tags on the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid.
• Your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone.
• Your approximate location, limited to country, region and city. Our hosting network works this out from your connection. We do not store your IP address in your browser and never add it to a link.
• Which buttons you click and when.
• A random visitor and session identifier. These are random strings; they contain no name, email or other personal detail.

We never send your name, email address, password or payment details to analytics.

Why we collect it

To see which pages help students, which sources bring people here, and where the site confuses people so we can fix it.

Who receives it

Google Tag Manager and the measurement tools it loads for us, such as Google Analytics, process this data on our behalf. When you move from this site to app.examscore.ai, the same visit details travel with you so your practice account is linked to the visit that brought you here. Both sites belong to ExamScore.

How long we keep it

The cookie holding your visit details lasts up to 90 days. Analytics reports keep data for up to 14 months.

Your choice

Declining is as easy as accepting, and the site behaves exactly the same either way. Nothing is recorded before you accept. You can change your mind whenever you like.
